OET is an R&D SME founded in 2012. OET is a global leader in the field of Organic and Printed Electronics (OEs), with over 30 years of experience in Thin Films and 18 years in OEs, employing highly specialized personnel (PhDs 40%, MSc 60%) in this field. It specializes in the production of Printed Organic Photovoltaics (OPV), Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs), Printed RFID/NFC Antennas, and BIO/Sensors, using specialized Roll-to-Roll (R2R) printing techniques. It holds 5 Patents and maintains Intellectual Property Rights in in-situ, in-line & real- time optical metrology in vacuum and air/atmosphere systems, as well as related In-Line Laser processes & OPV applications. It’s noteworthy that in 2018, OET held the global “record” for the efficiency of fully printed OPV cells at 7.4%.
Shelter S.A. is one of the largest Greek companies in the field of prefabricated shelters (Telecommunication Shelters, PV and Wind Parks Shelters, Backbone Shelters for school rooms, Military Application Shelters, and Electro-mechanical Equipment Shelters). The technical department of SHELTER S.A. has the capability to design and develop new products using 3D design programs (Autodesk’s Invertor and Advance Steel) with high-quality standards. With eighteen years of experience, the company produces customized shelters tailored to the needs of each client. The company’s quality assurance system is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015, and its products have CE certification according to the EN1090 standard.
DIAXON PLASTIC PACKAGING MATERIALS SA is a producer of Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Film (BOPP film). The company’s headquarters is in Marousi, 4A Gravias Street, and its production facilities are located in the Industrial Area of Komotini, O.T. 45. The company was registered in the Register of Companies on 20/10/1997. Production operations began in 2000 in a joint venture with HELLENIC PETROLEUM SA (HELPE), of which it has been a 100% subsidiary to date. The total investment amounted to €60 million and involved the establishment of the factory in the Industrial Area of Komotini. The factory is situated on a plot of land covering a total area of 60 acres, with a covered area of approximately 22.2 acres. The factory operates 2 BOPP film production lines with an annual capacity of 26,000 tons. The mechanical equipment includes cutting machines and a metallizer. The production of BOPP film represents the final stage of an integrated production scheme that starts from the refinery of HELPE located in Aspropyrgos, with the production of propylene, continues with its conversion to polypropylene at HELPE’s unit in Thessaloniki, and ends up in BOPP film production in Komotini.
